Menu with Checkmarks (Tracking)

Another of the benefits of Computer-Based Training and Web-Based Training is that student test scores and other data can be recorded and tracked. At a minimum, the students’ first and last names, their employee numbers, and their test scores can be tracked and exported to a human resources database system. Additionally, a wide variety of additional information can be recorded (i.e. additional student information, lessons completed, time on task, where training took place, etc.).

When the student returns to the training courseware and they successfully enter their logon information, the lessons that they have successfully completed can be indicated. Most commonly, checkmarks on the main menu and topic menus can be used to indicate which lessons the student has entered and which they have successfully completed.
