Computer-Based Reference Tools

MWR Deployment Manual *
The interactive reference was developed for the military to supplement the release of a 300+ page deployment procedures manual. The reference will work on any computer with the Windows WinHelp system. The user can browse; using the multilevel table-of-content screens and print out the pages if needed.

 

Shipping and Receiving Manual *
This interactive reference was developed for a hazardous materials manufacturing company to provide their employees and customers with an electronic version of the shipping and receiving procedures. The manual was divided into individual sections for easy accessibility. Each section contains study and review questions.

 

Web Browser-Based Safety Reference Manual
The purpose of this project was to take the volumes of paper-based safety and maintenance manuals and create an electronic version that could be stored more easily and provided the ability of having a “searchable” table of contents. This reference runs within a web-browser (in order to be cross platform and cross operating system) and can also be run from a CD-ROM.
