Stanley Lofton

Stanley plays the Baritone Horn in the New Horizon Concert Band. He also can play a variety of woodwind, brass and percussion instruments.

Stanley is a retired Educator with 38.5 years of experience. 28.5 of those years were as a Classroom Teacher and Band Director, the other ten years were in Administration. Stanley also has 2 years of Military Service with the US Army Bands.

Stanley is originally from Lake City, Florida. His hobbies are Photography and he has a slide collection that exceeds 45 years of images.

Interesting Tidbit:
Stanley is the Health Care Chairman of the Florida Retired Educators Association (FREA) and the President-Elect and Health Care Chairman of the Nassau County Retired Educators Association (NCREA). He is the Secretary of the Silver Square Lodge #703 F.&A.M. - P.H.A. Grand Instructor, #11 Most Worshipful Union Grand Lodge F. & A.M. - P.H.A. Stanley has played standard hymns for his Sunday School (First Baptist Church-Yulee, Florida) and is a Volunteer in School, Church and Community.
